Ms. Cole joined Fieldpoint Private Securities, LLC in 2020 following a 12-year career with Bank of America Private Bank (formerly U.S. Trust). There, she served as a senior vice president and senior trust officer, providing fiduciary oversight of investment management and trusts, and advising on sophisticated financial strategies encompassing investments and risk management, and depository and lending solutions.

Prior to joining U.S. Trust, Ms. Cole was a practicing attorney for fifteen years, with an emphasis in trusts and estates, as well as fiduciary litigation. From 2004 to 2007 she worked in independent practice. Prior to that she was a partner with Akerman Senterfitt, and an associate attorney with Bender, Bender, Chandler & Adair.

She earned her Juris Doctor from the University of Florida College of Law, and bachelor’s from the University of Florida College of Journalism and Public Relations.
