Mr. Halley is a long-time resident of Coral Gables and has been a banker in South Florida for the 40 years. He joined Fieldpoint Private in 2021, bringing significant experience across a range of commercial enterprises, including a strong focus on the business side of the legal profession, and extensive work in commercial real estate lending. He considers himself a banker in the broadest, relationship-centered sense, with a responsibility for understanding and representing the interests of his clients and their enterprises over long periods of time.

Mr. Halley is a  graduate of the University of Miami School of Business. He has served his community over a number of decades, including more than 35 years with the Kiwanis Club of Little Havana, for which he is a past Chairman. He also currently serves on the Board of Directors of the Florida Bar Foundation, as one of a few non-lawyers on the Board, and on the Finance Council for St Augustine Catholic Church.
