Mr. Persaud joined Fieldpoint Private in 2020, bringing deep commercial banking experience combined with a holistic sensibility toward entrepreneur clients and their families. He is comfortable on both sides of the balance sheet, and like Fieldpoint itself, he views commercial banking as wealth management for the business, and ultimately as the wealth engine for the entrepreneur.

He joined Fieldpoint Private following four years with Citigroup, where he was a Wealth Relationship Manager, working with corporations and ultra-high-net-worth individuals. Before that, Mr. Persaud spent several years with Astoria Bank, advising commercial and private clients across commercial banking, and investment and insurance solutions. He began his career with Capital One Bank, learning the business from the ground up as a teller, then as a relationship banker.

Mr. Persaud is a graduate of SUNY Farmingdale and makes his home in Lynwood, NY.
